The subject, hydatid cyst, is familiar to every student of surgery ; it is a subject on which Pathology books are expansive; and it is also ?'ather a favourite subject with examiners : but tfom questioning medical associates in this afea, I gather that they are not very commonly diagnosed in Western india, and it seems worth |vhile to record a series of ten cases seen in the lj*st four years, which, together, give a fairly comprehensive clinical picture.
